The Center is devoted to strengthening the connection with local industries by initiating collaboration with SMEs and conventional industries to provide human resource data in southern Taiwan. The Center helps companies to advance their HR processes to maintain competitive edges by:
- Using the enterprise’s performance results and functional analysis to retain key talents, examining the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system to predict promotion and turnover rates, and providing medium and long-term talent development recommendations as well as the connection between competency and performance
- Defining problems, explain and categorize the definition of each performance indicator, then conduct data verification on-site to provide recommendations for key performance indicator
- Using existing quantitative sales and training data for step-by-step analysis to identify relevant indicators of the top 10% and the potential salespersons. The most valuable combination is then predicted from the various training programs and licenses, from which the company can select an approach and develop an incentive system
- Using existing attendance data to predict performance and turnover reasons and propose empirical research methods such as observational or mentorship. Recommendations are given in response to corporate problems, helping companies to implement HR measures to retain employees
- Analyzing the psychological assessment tools used by companies for recruitment and validating the fit between the desired talent and the candidate. The most suitable candidate(s) are identified based on job characteristics and behavioral assessment
