The Center aims to build on the foundation of industry-academia collaboration in the previous ‘The Humanistic Education Innovation Project’ and to strengthen the connection with local industries. Our research helps shape better policies and practices that enable local enterprises to thrive. We focus on the following:
Helping enterprises solve their internal problems through collaboration. Our research team collects data on corporate governance, ESG, and human resources, then identifies issues and makes recommendations to strengthen decision-making. We also use big data analytics to help enterprises to make data-driven decisions
Establishing the Industry and Human Capital Database to serve as a database for big data analytics on talent acquisition and development. This helps to improve the experienced-based or intuitive decision-making by providing empirical evidence in entrepreneurship or management
Working with SMEs or conventional industries in Taiwan to help them transform business and cultivate key talents. We also work with the Department of Information Management at NSYSU to assist enterprises in improving their competitiveness by targeting the back-end HR system optimization
Assisting startups and family enterprises with succession planning, from selecting the successor to HR strategies in response to the changes
