Talent Acquisition: Development and Contribution<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2022, 19 Mater\u2019s students interned at 14 companies, focusing on building strategic human resource capital, conducting data analysis, and recruiting talents. The companies include OBAYASHI, Kuei Meng International Inc, Hitachi Energy Taiwan, LASER TEK Taiwan, Acer Group, Kuo Hsing Group, TSMC, BenQ Materials Corp, Epistar, CPC Corporation, Hoo Ming Enterprise, ViewSonic Corporation, Jiu Zhen Nan, and Eternal Materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

     The students were given the opportunities to put knowledge into practice by working closely on projects with the companies. The Center invited the students to give internship presentations at the end of the summer (The Center hosted the presentation online this year due to the pandemic.)   <\/p>\n\n\n
